Spring Valley Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections for Spring Valley, Nevada. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a custodian, court, or public office.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information found through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
